Key Grant Management Considerations for Recipients of ARPA Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds

The Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund for States and Local Governments is a $350 Billion program created in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, which became law on March 11, 2021.  The Department of the Treasury has issued interim regulations, final regulations and comprehensive compliance and reporting guidance for managing this crucial and time-limited fiscal support.  In this webinar we will discuss key grant management considerations, eligible uses and requirements in the program’s Final Rule, which becomes effective on April 1, 2022.
